Erica's Photo Album Pt. 2

I have deadline issues and a lifelong habit of waiting until the last minute to get things done. I had a free 20 page photo album offer from Shutterfly that expired yesterday. Due to a headache, procrastination, and the logistics of running a household of 8, I only got 62 pages done when I wanted to get 100.

I stayed up until 2:00 am this morning finishing it. One of the perks of living in Central Time is that we're 2 hours ahead of Pacific Time where Shutterfly is located. So while it was Jan. 26 here, it was still Jan. 25 there for two hours.

So for lack of anything more intelligent to post, I'm sharing my latest album. The pages start getting better about pg. 18 when Erica got a better camera.

  1. You are such a great photographer! What a great gift for Erica. I've been catching up on your postings as I've been a bit out of the loop. The bed and breakfast was beautiful. Oh my goodness, I only have 3 other people in my house and quiet has become sacred to me. I can't imagine leaving behind the noise of 8!! I'm glad you had a good trip. Too bad you couldn't get "snowed in"!! :-)

  2. Very sweet album. They do start really shining around pg. 18! Thanks for your kind comments on my blog. I suppose we all need that sometimes. You are right about just praising God and how our hearts change from that. People are so in need of prayer, compassion, and yes, even humor these days. Thanks for doing your part!
ps. How far are you from the Lake Express ferry? Just wondering.

  4. Hi Angie! Been a long time; since I went back to work my blog read/comment time is so limited! What a great job you did putting this book together ~ and Erica did a wonderful job of taking the pictures! Surely a treasured book for her... Don't you just love Shutterfly!?!?!

  5. Wow, that is so cool! And I'm sure that project goes faster than the traditional way of scrapbooking - and much cheaper to boot! I'm gonna have to rethink this whole thing now....Beautiful pictures, and beautiful family!

  6. Angie that must have been a painstaking task but what a beautiful gift! Thank you for visiting today and for the sweet comment. I hope you are staying warm and happy during these last months of winter. Many of the pictures in the book reminded me that we will be seeing our green world with blue skies again.
